• Medi Home Care Services will not be held responsible to any direct and indirect complications of defective products after the sale.
• Customers are to read and strictly follow the usage and safety instructions and warranty terms as they should be provided by a respective manufacturer.

•  They have to make the warranty claims to the manufacturer or authorized service center directly according to their conditions and schedules.

Order Processing 

•  All orders are subject to check out only after payment is made in full (or customers agree to differing in writing).
•  We strive to ship goods as fast as possible, however, fail to accept responsibility in case of transporting cargo delays on the part of logistics partners or cases of force majeure.
• There is no cancellation of orders made after confirmation.

Prices and Payments

• All the mentioned prices are in the INR currency and include taxes unless otherwise mentioned.

• The methods of payment include- online banking, UPI and approved digital gates.

Return, Refund and Exchange

• Products should be unused or in a sealed condition to be eligible to returns only within 3 days upon delivery.

•  Products which are opened or used are not at all returnable.
• The returns or exchange is to be shipped and packaged at the expense of the customer.

• Customers are the only responsible party in using the product and this should be within the instruction of the manufacturer.

Jurisdiction

• All the transactions, as well as adjudged issues, shall be governed as per the laws of India and shall also be departed exclusively in the courts of Delhi.
