Shipping Policy

Shipping Delivery

• All the shipments reach the customers through high-quality courier partners.
• All the orders will be required to pay shipping charges which will be discussed during purchase.
•  Delivery schedules can only change depending on location, availability and the performance of courier partners.
• Tracking details will be availed after a shipment has been powered. It will allow the customers to keep track of their delivery.

Transit Damage Warning

•  Medi Home Care Services will not be held liable to any product that gets broken, damaged or lost in transit.
•  In case the ordered product arrives damaged, during delivery, the claims should be addressed with the carrier/shipping company directly.
• Any transit-damage or loss will not be interfered with by us and we will not be under obligation to compensate, replace or provide refunds.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

•  The customer will need to pay shipping costs on a return or an exchange (both ways).
• We will not do backorders and reimburse courier charges.

•  The returns should be authorised and returned in original condition and original packaging.
•  Used medical equipment has no returns or exchange due to hygienic, safety and regulation peculiarities.

Cash on delivery (COD)

• Not all products are available under Cash on Delivery scheme. COD may be available, so please check it before ordering.
• To confirm their order in some case, they may require advance payment.

Important Notes

• It is always advisable when checking the package during delivery. Inform the courier partner in case of a problem at once.
•  Make sure that they get the right delivery details to eliminate failed deliveries or slow deliveries.
• We advise you to record via video the unpacking procedure that shall serve as evidence in case there is apparent damage.
