If the product is under the warranty, service will be provided as per the warranty terms mentioned in the warranty card, which must be submitted at the time of request. Warranty claims will be accepted only for products purchased directly from us. No warranty support will be provided for products purchased from other dealers, retailers, or online platforms.
For out – of- warranty devices, charges for inspection, repair & spare parts will be informed in advance.
Inspection & Diagnosis charges may apply for out – of – warranty devices.
Service timeline depends on availability of parts and nature of repair. We will not be providing any substitute for the said medical device during the service timeline.
We use only genuine spare parts & consumables or manufacturer – approved spare parts only. No warranty/ Guarantee is provided on the service. The warranty/ guarantee of spare parts replaced will be as per the manufacturer’s terms.
Service is provided only for the reported issue. If further issues are found later, a new request may be required.
For certain devices, on-site service may be offered at a additional cost.
Some repairs may require the device to be transported to service center.
We are not responsible for any damage to device during transit to –fro from service center.
Pickup & delivery services may incur additional charges.
Full payment must be made before the return/delivery of the serviced device.
By submitting the service request, the customer agrees to all above terms & conditions and authorizes us to carry out inspection and necessary repairs.
