Return and Refund Policy

We take pride and pride in providing the high quality home care medical equipments at Medi Home Care Services. But in case you are unsatisfied partially with your purchase, do not veer far, read our return and refund policy.

 

Return Policy
    • RETURN Window The products can be returned off the window after 3 days of delivery.
    • Items that are Eligible Only:
      • Refunds will be accepted on unworn, undamaged, unused products that are on sealed packaging and have not been opened.
      • Opened items, damaged items and used items are non-refundable.
      • There are also some items (e.g. personal care, equipment connected with hygiene, or non-standard orders) when it might not be possible to get a refund or exchange a product.
  • Return Condition:
    • The product has to be returned in an identical form sold with its original packing, manuals and accessories along with invoice.
    • Packaging which is damaged, or used items are not acceptable to be returned.

     

    Return Shipping
    • The customer will be required to shoulder the cost of return shipping and packaging.
    • Safe returns delivery: This will fall under the authority of the customer. We suggest the use of quality courier and must have proper packaging.
    •  We have no reverse picking up service.

     

    Refund Policy
    • After the returned item is received and inspected, they will make a refund to the original method used to pay.
    • The refunds will be made within 7 working days once the item returns has been found to be okay.
    • Where the returns are rejected (either because of being used or damaged), the product will be shipped back to the customer and a refund will not be made.
    Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items Include 
    • Oxygen concentrators (if used)
    • CPAP/BiPAP machines (if opened)
    • Ventilators
    • Nebulizers, masks, and accessories once opened
    • Wheelchairs, walkers (if used)
    • Customized or special-order products
    • Any personal hygiene or single-patient use items
    Legal Jurisdiction

    Any controversy or disputes that arise over returns or refunds are to be governed by the Indian laws and will be decided by the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
